Cancellations and date changes. A full refund will be issued for cancellations with at least 24 hours notice before the course start time, after that no refund or course date exchange will be possible. Date changes will be accepted wherever possible, less than 24 hours notice may not be possible but we will do our best. We will do our best to never change or cancel courses, and have contingencies in place to avoid it happening but if we have to then a full refund will be issued.
DVSA uploads. We will send off your information directly after the course finishes to our
consortium who handle DVSA uploads. They make the upload as fast as possible, usually the same day. It may take up to 5 working days for your hours to show on the online system. You are responsible for making sure that your upload will be valid by ensuring that your driving license details are correct and you are within the 5 year period for your periodic training to be valid. You are welcome to join the course without an upload, please make it clear that you do not require an upload before the course starts.
Late arrivals. Please log in to the Zoom meeting at least 15 minutes before the start time of your course for ID checks. Anyone less than 15 minutes late will be able to make up the time during breaks or at the end of the session. Anyone more than 15 minutes late will not be accepted on to the course. We will try our best, without inconveniencing the other delegates, to accommodate anyone with a genuine reason for lateness or missing part of the course, we understand that a day of CPC training is usually a day of lost earnings.
Internet loss. If you lose connection try to re-join the meeting as soon as you can. If you miss less than 15 minutes you can make up the time at the end, more than 15 minutes and you may not get your upload. If you can’t reconnect phone or email us and we will try to make a contingency work. We will do our best to help and accommodate you to achieve your upload as we understand a day of CPC training is usually a day of lost earnings. If we suffer an internet loss we have a contingency in place with a second internet connection and second computer. Whatsapp or Messenger video calls may be used as a final contingency to avoid having to reschedule the course.
Be polite, respectful and non-disruptive at all times. A warning will be given for disruptive or abusive behaviour. If it continues you may be removed from the session and no upload will be made.
Payments can be made by debit/credit card, through Stripe, on our website, or by bank transfer. Other options may be available if you need them, please ask us. Full payment in advance is always required to book your place on the course. Refunds will be processed in the same way as the payment you made.
The driver is always responsible for being safe and legal at all times. Our courses and content have all been checked and approved but we can’t accept liability for anything that happens as a result of following the advice given.
