The Requirements
Driver CPC Requirements
All professional drivers of both buses/coaches and large goods vehicles must have a Driver Qualification Card, or DQC (CPC Card). There are a small number of exemptions, but essentially if you’re driving an HGV/LGV or PCV (licence categories C, C1, C+E, D, D1), then Driver CPC is a legal obligation. All professional drivers with equivalent licences are also required to hold a DQC. You can obtain this qualification by attending our online driver cpc courses / Driver CPC training courses.
What are the requirements
Each CPC/DQC is valid for five years from the date of issue. This means that – unlike the 2014 deadline set when Driver CPC was introduced – each driver’s renewal date is unique to them. Our Online Driver CPC Courses
All drivers must undertake 35 hours’ periodic training before the end of the five years following the issue date on their DQC. These cpc courses can now be completed online with DVSA authorised providers. If the training is not undertaken during that time, they will not be permitted to drive professionally until they have completed their 35 hours. Our driver cpc training courses meet these standards.
The best way to ensure that a DQC doesn’t lapse is to carry out at least one day’s mandatory periodic training every year.

Our courses run continuously on a 5 day rolling schedule. Each module commences at 07.45 and finishes around 15.45 daily. The courses are 7 days a week, 363 days a year.

The courses are streamed live to you via Zoom, you can follow the courses using any of the following devices; PC, Laptop, I-pad, Tablet or even your mobile phone. You will need to have a working microphone, web-cam and speakers.
